THE CHALLENGE:

Columbia College Hollywood is a 60-year-old non-profit, regionally accredited film school in Los Angeles experiencing a multi-year enrollment decline.

THE SOLUTION:

Edcura partnered with the Board of Trustees and College President to implement new marketing systems, processes and campaigns, updated the college image, tone and voice, modernized admissions processes and management, led strategic financing efforts and oversaw the strategic identification, acquisition and integration of Tribeca Flashpoint College, expanding programs in both locations and driving increased student value and overall enrollment growth.

THE RESULT:

Since partnering with Edcura, Columbia College Hollywood has experienced six consecutive starts with YoY growth, achieving 51% student growth in 2017. The college is on stable financial footing having received over $4.5 million in new financing and driving over 31% new revenue growth.
